8 of 25How do I report a bug? Date of birth is displayed incorrectly in all 2/3 Adidas apps I have (running & training; shopping app is ok). It’s also displayed correctly on the website. When I try to change it in these 2 apps, the date picker wheel is off by one day (e.g. I choose 25 > 24 is displayed when saved). I have a video!
Not sure what’s going on with the app, it advertised a 7 day trial and it charged $49.99 straight away. I didn’t get a trial at all, had to ask apple for a refund.
I’m a level 3 customer & I’ve never once copped a single shoe off a confirmed raffle. I’m 0 for 6 years. This apps a joke just like
The confirmed apps a joke. I give ‘‘em both 1 star bc I can’t give ‘em 0.
Used Runtastic Results and their other Pro apps for years, then Adidas acquired them, and it has been a steady decline. No Pro apps, and now Training has been more inundated with Adidas merchandising. And now it appears Adidas doesn’t know what a woman is. My workout app asks if I’m male or female, to guide my program based on science. If the parent company doesn’t know the difference, only a matter of time for it to come into the app. I just want an exercise app that gives me a good exercise program. I don’t need politics at the same time. Unsubscribed and deleted.
Although there is a watch app, and the phone app is advertised as supporting HealthKit, it doesn’t work. A workout is logged in the Activity app, but the active energy is not added to the total for the day. I contacted the developer’s tech support, and after being given a series of time-wasting steps that had no effect, I was told that this app does not, in fact, support Apple Health. So if you’re expecting that, look elsewhere.

Addendum 1/24/23

The latest update has fixed the bug that caused me to downrate the app. It still isn’t perfect. There are duplicate entries for each workout, but calories and minutes are counted only once. Otherwise this is a good app.
First of all, thank you! I had no idea that period cycle workout is a thing, but last cycle it was hitting me hard, I could barely lift a finger (metaphorically) for a workout. Your app and knowledge it provided helped me to relax, recover and not beat myself up. After the “reset” was done I was back and ready to go hard!

Secondly, here’s where 4 stars come in. I set my account to advance training and I keep on getting beginner stuff… hello? Didn’t you ask me what level I want to work out at!

With that said, there’s still a lot to browse and learn in the app. But I can see that most of the available workouts are not gonna replace my current (competitor) app, which doesn’t make me want to pay for another fitness app where I get less of what I’m already getting. (That’s your cue to step it up 🤭).
Love you guys, bye.
Para mí la mejor la que siempre he usado desde 2011 cuando era solo Micoach , la mejor
Literally won’t let me log in to my account on my tv
