Do not pair with Spotify

by Tdk182 · April 1, 2020

Keep asking me to pair, when I do it keeps asking me same thing. I keep going back & force between this and Spotify

Waste of money.

Not working properly.
No support and no response from the developers.

So many rules and filters on the Apple Store but none to keep the crap applications out to protect the customers.

To avoid.

not only doesn't work, but now in endless loop of error messages

linking to my Spotify account went smoothly, I can see the intro screen which looks nice.. but as soon as I try to go anywhere or do ANYTHING... I get "info: couldn't communicate with the iPhone (error fetching session)" error message.. I click "ok" and the message just keeps coming back in an endless loop... not even allowing me to quit the app.. sometimes even preventing me from being able to get back to my home screen. hope you enjoy my $0.99 you scammed me out of. this app isn't even worth my time to troubleshoot.

Good app but would be great with some UI updates

This app does a great job of bridging the gap in support that Spotify has with the Apple Watch. It gave me access to all the things I wanted on the watch. The one thing that prevents me from using the app more often is the UI limitations. Browsing through an extensive list of playlists is difficult as it can take a while to load and the inclusion of the album graphics, though nice, makes scrolling much slower. I would like to see an option to condense the UI on list views to get what I want to hear quicker.

(Update 10/19/20: Help? App not working)——-I never ever write reviews on here, BUT..

Update 10/19/20:

Nuuzic is my favorite Spotify control app for the Apple Watch. It hasn’t been working for the last week or so. Keep getting error message “no session, login on iPhone app”. Go to iPhone app and it prompts for Spotify authorization. Redirects to Spotify for authorization but nothing happens after hitting agree. However, I’ve verified on my Spotify account that Nuuzic is authorized. I’ve deleted both the apps and downloaded them again. No change. I’ve uninstalled>reinstalled both Spotify and Nuuzic on Apple Watch. No change. Reset Apple Watch and iPhone. No change. Help???

This app is by far the best app out there if you use Spotify premium and have an Apple Watch. I’ve tried them all. Most all have severe limitations. Coolest feature on this app? The ability to search (via the Apple watch’s microphone) for any music you want on Spotify and play it immediately. So cool!!!! Great job to the developer of this app and I hope you continue to update it!

Not working

It is a good concept but not executed well. it will freeze up and only control Playlist from phone I connected Anker Soundbuds Slim to my apple watch sport and it would only play from phone and even when I disconnected from phone it would say token not received or what not. That's a dollar and a half wasted I could have used on another app.

Good start

Like the app so far, and it seems to be working, but I can’t see how to access stations which would be really nice. Also, not seeing how to rate or like songs, probably because no station support but it looks like it could get there. Only other complaint is there doesn’t appear to be any way to get technical support or to contact the developer.
