Customer service through the app is a complete joke, you present an issue and receive a short non helpful response and they close the ticket. Spend money to receive what they consider better customer support, it is roughly the same with banter between you and the agent. They provide links that do not work and won’t verify they work on their end. Attempt to delete your account and you’re told you can not do it, withholding personal information on their servers without permission. If you can not delete your account why is there an option to do so? You can absolutely delete your account if you don’t spend money there, if you do spend money they won’t allow deletion in hopes you’ll dump more money in to the app. They say they do not allow nudity or children to broad cast but if you report a broadcast, they either need to investigate it further or disable some features. Unless it’s a new account then they don’t care to ban it because it’s of no monetary value to them. This is a ridiculous app and definitely not recommend.

You have to be careful on here. Don’t give about your personal information. Try to enjoy yourself. People are very sensitive.

Hello, I’m reaching out again because this is my second message about the app. I was wondering if there are any plans for a major update soon. The app feels outdated, and I think adding new features and improving the overall experience would really help users enjoy it more.<br/><br/><br/><br/>I’d really appreciate it if someone could get back to me when possible. There are so many PEDOs on this app. The most disturbing part of the fact there is so many PEDOS on the app is the developer will not removed the pedos account

There is a bug in LiveMe when on iOS you are playing Picture in Picture minimized to the mini screen the video echos with the apps audio being heard with less of a delay while the Picture in Picture being slightly delayed with its audio if you guys could fix this that would be cool

Your app is so bum when I did my first wife stream. They just banned me out of nowhere cause it said I did inappropriate stuff and and it said that I said in inappropriate words no I did not. I’m only set eight so your app sucks. No one cares about your app not even me.
