Asks a million super personal questions that are intrusive and irrelevant before you can use the app. Zero reason for this. You don't need to know my name, age, sex, etc. Also there are only 2 genders. I don't support woke nonsense suggesting otherwise.
It’s such an amazing app too bad it doesn’t have simpler plans or options besides yearly or family plan yearly, would give 5 stars but I can’t afford this app after my 7 day free trial it sucks wish they had some like monthly payment options

When the app is logged in it’s awesome! I use it every night to fall asleep. The app has randomly logged me out 3 times and each time logging back in is next to impossible! It doesn’t recognize my credentials, and it takes forever to send the email to reset the password. It’s beyond frustrating and annoying in an era where Face ID should be sufficient! I will probably research similar apps when my subscription ends to find an app that functions properly
Difficult to customize and simplify. Too many recommendations makes the your personal account cluttered.
