8 of 25I used the app once 4 months ago and randomly got a 40 dollar charge today and have no idea how. When I go to my subscriptions there are none and when I go to the app for support they say I don’t have an account. I have no idea how I was charged and how to stop it from happening.
I purchased this on a trial last July 4 and I've been trying to cancel it since it does not appear in my settings and I want my money back
Scam!!! Do not download. Even if you cancel the trial, they charge you $39.99
i love this app but it adds an extra step of taking pics in my camera roll to edit in the app since there is not selfie timer. remotes do not work with the app. i want to be able to take timed photos in the app using filters. when they add a timer i will change my review to 5 stars
Can not believe all the tools have become locked without paying for VIP access. After using is for 7 years I will now be using something else.
They will trick you into a full year subscription and not give you your money back . I clicked on one of their click baits for a trial. I thought I clicked on a monthly subscription after the trial was over. I must have not and clicked on a full year at over $80. I normally watch this and make sure it’s on a month after trial. I tried to cancel right away and reached out desperately to see if they would only charge me for one month. I must have had a trial in the past, because I got charged immediately and not even given a trial. They declined my request for refund. This was all the same hour I accidentally did this. Also Because I didn’t use an Apple Card, and used my own debit card Apple will not assist in helping you get funds returned either. I received an over draft fee from my bank because I didn’t have the funds in my account to afford it
I did a 7 day free trial, then I cancelled it. Then a few days later I got a $30 charge to my bank account and I was suddenly subscribed to a year-long subscription. I never signed up for it. Be careful.
TOO MUCH AI. This app keeps adding unnecessary features and a complex UI. Why are all of the filters gone???! now it’s camera like filters. like please go back to the OG :(((
