It’s not working after the iOS 12 iOS update can you please fix the issues it opens and then closes automatically my kids really move this app I have two toddlers that love this app I’m rating a 5 stars but fix the issue pls

My older son LOVED this app when he was a preschooler and we watched the videos hundreds of times (in order unlock other letter videos). <br/><br/>I wanted to install it my youngest son’s iPad recently and there is only this version (NOT free!) which you can only watch with an ABCmouse subscription. This is ridiculous and greedy. Deleted it right away and I won’t be renewing my ABCmouse.com subscription, which is expensive anyway.

I do not appreciate being charged every single month without proper notification your app is amazing keeps my child educated distracted keeps her on. While she is in school helps her counter numbers sing-along with friends but I don’t appreciate being charged every single month for $9.99 without my knowledge so I wanna head and got a refund and deleted this app maybe it should be upfront that you tell your customers that it’s an every month charge thank you please have a nice day.

I have re-downloaded the app multiple times but it continues to force close. App works on my iPad Pro, but not my iPhone.

I have an ABC membership. However, it is asking me for another membership and 9.99 a month! Not cool ABC mouse! If you can’t straighten out this app after multiple complaints over the years then I question if you should have my billing and personal information!!

I remember all of these from when I was a kid and now I have them on this app my favorite is letter L

This app is so good that I could get to hear my favorite songs! This is amazing!!!
