This is the worst bank service I've ever used. I made a large international payment with this bank's debit card. The transaction was interrupted at the bank's confirmation stage, and the website canceled the transaction. However, the bank still deducted the money from my account without any further notification. Two days later, I had to call the bank's customer service department for assistance, and only then did they inform me that my money had been held for 30 days for verification. After 30 days, I still haven't received my money back, and the bank hasn't notified me either.
