8 of 25I just recovered from two ER trips and am undergoing medical evaluation from cardiologist. I feel like this app has light intensity friendly workouts for those who can not do hard cardio/brisk walks.
I moved the difficulty to very hard and I am still surpassing the daily goal before noon each day. This isn't a flex, I need help in the afternoon and at night. Maybe if there was a morning bar, an afternoon bar and an evening bar? I'm not sure how to make it work for me. I really like the novelty and how even when I select the same category of movement there are enough options to still be new every time

I'm an injured (former?) runner newly working a desk job, so I'm not sedentary typically but I don't want to slip into the habits of desk workers unintentionally
In my last review the ability to just choose my own exercise wasnt there but youve brought that back under the explore tab and that makes me so happy! I had actually stopped using the app but Im back!! Thank you for bringing back the thing I liked most about the app.
Just like the title says the day after setting this up I suddenly was unable to access any site on Safari, and roughly 50% of the apps on my phone including all Apple native apps. After following all of the troubleshooting steps I finally contacted Apple support thinking something was wrong with my phone. Turns out it was the Wakeout app. I even purchased bitdefender thinking I had somehow gotten a “bug”. I am running iOS 26.5 on a 16 Pro. If you see these issues occur with your phone, it might be Wakeout.
This is truly not worth the subscription. It rarely works as it should, sending you alerts to exercise at 1am, despite setting your awake hours. Many of the bending and twisting exercises are outright hazardous. Customer service is racially non existent. And the “cancel at any time” promise is ridiculously misleading since it only refers to you canceling automatic charges to your credit card in the future. If you sign up for a year, you cannot cancel anything. You can discontinue automatic renewal on any app in your App Store settings, so they have no actual cancellation possibility.
You need to try it. The video actors are so fun, and it is such a completely simple way to move more in your day. I’ve been using it for about three weeks now, and I love it. Every morning when I get to the office, I set the timer to start prompting me every 30 minutes, and I do 1-3 minutes. I realized today that long after one of the little sessions, I was still dancing my feet under my desk. So it isn’t just getting me moving for a few minutes, it’s keeping me moving through to the next prompt too! Love it. Between Wakeout and Water Llama, my day is full of cute and fun healthy energy!
It’s a good app. However if you take a day off and click on take today off your apps will continue to lock every 25 min so you have to go back in Wakeout and tap taking today off all day long because it will continue to lock you out all day Very frustrating! So apparently you can not take the day off. Stupid it is offered since it does not work.
The new pack - Morning Wake-up and Evening Recovery - is just what I needed! Thanks so much 🙌
