I love the camera quality and the fact that there is no monthly fee unless you want it.

Quit offering features I’ve declined. Don’t show me options and buttons I’ve declined.

Have had Wyze for years but the recent app update (summer 2026) changed notifications to alert you every time an automation runs. Every. Time. <br/><br/>So you leave a room, light goes off, alert. Leave home, camera goes on, alert. Come home, camera off, alert. Millions of pointless alerts. <br/><br/>Turning off alerts is all or none. Total security system is practically useless if I turn off the alerts… which means constant annoyance or ditch Wyze and buy out a whole new system. Buyer beware.

I have 4 wyze pan and tilt cameras. They are always taking forever to refresh or begin showing a live view. And if I look at one camera, the others don’t show up, so I have to close the whole app and reopen to look at the others. Really disappointed.

Cameras go offline for no reason. I have smart detection settings for the floodlights, but instead it goes on with leaves, bugs…it’s like a strobe light out there. The few times someone trespassed, the camera didn’t detect it. I have it supposedly recording to micro cards as a backup, and it doesn’t. If you try to play anything back from the cards, it can’t find any video...on ANY of the 6 cameras. All in all, it’s a garbage company with zero support. I am going to replace all my lights and cameras with another company, which is a huge waste of money for new hardware and to have them installed.

I think they should make Wyze more affordable for senior citizens that are on a fixed income other than that is good

It takes several minutes to load the live view from the time you get an alert. It’s not a wifi issue because I have a doorbell camera from another company and it loads the live view immediately

Many complaints and months gone by, zero fix for bugs. Double charging me through PayPal and zero compensation or communication
