You guys should allow every music to be on the app just like WhatsApp messenger because some songs are not available in WhatsApp business and it’s not good. You guys should work on that…

I’m tired of getting banned from WhatsApp all the time. What’s the point of having WhatsApp if I can’t even communicate with my clients properly? It keeps resulting in my account being banned, and this isn’t normal anymore.<br/>I genuinely hope a better messaging platform will be developed soon—one that values legitimate users and businesses without constantly disrupting communication. Reliable communication is essential, and no one should have to worry about losing access to their clients without warning.

Whatsapp business would just log me out saying i’ve gone against community guidelines for saying even a “hi” message to my client or even to my mother. They would ask me to appeal and when i do , they will come back and say they are sorry for the mistake telling me my account has been re-opened , when i register the same account and still text a simple thing like “Hello” to a customer of mine or even to my family , whatsapp business would still ban the same account still saying i’ve gone against community standards and when i appeal, they would come back after like 24 hours and say it was a mistake that and then reopen the account again and it keeps happening like this over and over up till now . This is frustrating and it is destroying my business . If you guys can’t manage whatsapp, please sell to someone who would be able to manage it rather than destroying and frustrating people’s lives, you play with people’s businesses like this? You don’t know the damage you guys are inflicting on people and their businesses. So many people have lost clients because of these things you guys are banning accounts for literally just saying “hello”

WhatsApp business incompetence and lack of accountability has ruined my business that has been running for years without any reason given. I got banned without any explanation from WhatsApp; I reached out to WhatsApp support email and keep getting automated response. How can someone’s business that relied on WhatsApp to run daily just be banned without due diligence and due process. I am very disappointed. I just hope that WhatsApp will do better. If there’s an opportunity here for any direct human intervention can review my case that will be an opportunity to recover my WhatsApp.
