This app is great however it sometimes does not know what I’m doing

I have looked everywhere to request a refund from your company. You’ve charged me $79 plus taxes so $84 for something I’ve never used.

I LOVE this editing app. I’ve used it for roughly a year on my yt channel. It’s great! It’s very easy to navigate and use, it made me enjoy making edits. But, after my one loyal year of using it…it has stopped working. I’ve had to remove and reinstall this app so many times just to make it work because it will just stop working. And I honestly don’t know why because it’s one of the four apps I have. But it finally stopped for good. I can’t even import a 12 second video in there. It keeps crashing and giving me an error thing. While it is a great app..I’m sad to say it’s awful at the same time.

I will be working on an edit and then work for like 45+ minutes leave the app and then all of that work is gone and erased. So mad it isn’t even funny

I've been a user for Many years. Great app and it was way ahead of its time. However, captions would be great if they would allow you to choose a style and then choose the background color for the highlighted words. Right now you’re stuck with terrible colors that don’t match your color scheme because you can change font, size, design, everything except the background color. One star until this is fixed.

I’ve been using and paying for this app for years and it just keeps getting increasingly buggier while loaded more and more with micro-transactions for AI generation filters that do ethically questionable things

Developers: why has the photo enhancer been changed to create png at a lower mgbt output. I save to files and I used to get 3200x3200 and it quadrupled the original png. Now it’s lucky to double if not less output?
