I’ve spent over 200$ on this game long before. They also used to help me restore account when i needed only until after 4 years i decided to come back. They accused me of abuse the refund game and cheat just to cover their own problem that they cannot recover my account saying now my account is banned. They robbed me and also accused me i will report this game

I've been playing for a little over a year now and have made it to Chaos 11x. I'm heavily invested my time into this game; completing the dailies and improving my troops gears. What felt like 5 star for me went dramatically to a 1 star due to my save progress on my google email account. I'm especially surprised about this because I've been saving my progress everyday (as its part of the dailies). As i load my google account that i've saved my progress everyday on, it tells me that there is no saved data...! I cannot accept this and its incredibly hard since i also bought a bunch of in-game currency to improve my gaming experience. If the devs/support team can somehow help me get my account back, you will gain back a valuable customer/gamer and i will change my review rate from 1 to a 5 star. As of now, i'll reframe from playing this game again as i felt like i just wasted a year worth of my time playing this game losing my whole progress. 1 STAR!

There are SO MANY cheaters! They could be EASILY caught! When you’re losing in the coliseum to people with garbage gear, their heroic and earlier are beating your ultimates, their gear is barely enchanted, they have ZERO PvP gear but they’re taking you down in SECONDS, they’re cheating. This could be EASILY solved if they would investigate with ultimate players in the coliseum. Instead, when you want to report them, you get a warning that YOU may be punished!!! A sign that they don’t want to do the work??? And out of the 20 daily battles, I could probably report 4-10 players every day! Ridiculous!!! Do your jobs: Ban the cheaters, stop threatening the HONEST players! My husband was reporting cheaters and EVERY WEEK he reported players, his game was RESET for the week (he would lose gear, experience, new hunters, etc that he earned that week). Not a good way to do business!! When I originally posted this review over a year ago, it was the only review without a developer response. This is an issue they don’t want to address! Here are my newest issues with the game, though they’re not necessarily new issues: They have made SO MANY places you have to go in and out of to enhance items and mounts, it’s become more complex which makes way more room for error. Examples: With mounts you have to go in one spot to see who is on said mount, then go to a totally different spot to enhance the mount. If you have more than one type of that mount, you have to just remember—for example—I want to level up my second Leo on the list because that’s who Bob is riding. If you level the wrong one, too bad! You should be able to see who is on the mount and increase the growth & trait all on one screen! Same for armor. You have to go to the armor enhancing obelisk, enhance, then if the enhancement doesn’t work out like you want it to, you exit that and have to remember which stats it had in order to delete it. Why can’t we enhance & delete all in one place??? I believe that’s how it used to be. Making a game have more options doesn’t always make it better. This game is getting worse! I have enhanced the wrong pet, deleted the wrong gear, etc. too many times! I should be able to see on the delete screen how many gems it would take to enhance a piece of gear, because I’ll do the30/40 gem enh, but it gets deleted by me when it hits the 70/80 gem enhance (which doesn’t show on the delete screen)! Combine some options! I 100% know it will make the game more appealing!

3 because you make any progress unless you got the app open which is annoying. It’s going to be almost and year and I still can’t beat the first level of superboost other than that I would have it a 10

Started playing again after over a year and got one week of play before I was “temporarily” banned for 3000 days… almost 10 years doesn’t sound very temporary and the only way to get any kind of resolution is to email the devs…. Which I do not want you guys having my email, thanks much. Glad I hadn’t spent any money since starting to play again, not willing to touch this game ever again.
