It was working just fine a couple of days ago, now it freezes up every time I get on it. I play other G5 games they are fine. Please fix the issue

Your games take far too long to reach the goal…..NOT RELAXING !!!!….. very frustrating and stressful !!!!!…..YOU NEED TO CHANGE …….

First of all, I love this game, but lately there have been technical issues. I believe there are too many new games within the game, making the game glitchy. I frequently get thrown out, the game freezes or I get the deadly “white screen”. <br/>Also, support isn’t that great. I purchased some stars/dice, etc., for this game but they posted to a different G5 game that I don’t play. Support asked a ton of questions about the purchase, transaction details that I didn’t have answers to, because I didn’t know where the purchase posted at first. I explained that the purchase posted to a different game. But this issue has never been resolved and I haven’t purchased since.

Love this game but HATE that you changed the music with the latest update. Leave well enough alone…if you want new music put it in a different game. 🤨

This game is awesome!! Only issue I have is I run out of energy to quick and it takes forever to reload. Other than that it’s the best game on the market

I’ve played this game for a few years and have always enjoyed it. I played twice a day, and watched 5 ads both times to get 10 gems. That was all of a sudden taken away. When I inquired I was told that it was random, even though I got it every day for at least 3 years. <br/><br/>Today, I’ve downloaded the new update with the new event location, but the location does not show up on the map. It was last month that the ada were taken away, and the location doesn’t show up this month. This game is quickly going downhill!
