When I paid $9.99 I recall it had unlimited updates. The app was called Todo back then. Now it's called Todo 6 and we can buy Todo 8. This doesn't sound legal since 8 is just an upgrade to version 8. The only reasons they aren't getting sued is because there's not enough money in it for a lawyer to do it.

Since installing the latest update the colors associated with task lists are totally messed up. This needs fixed.

I already paid $9.99 for this app years ago, and I've recommended it to friends and now I have to pay an additional $4.99 to get updates again. Ridiculous! I'm switching to the (free!) iPhone reminders app.<br/><br/>Updated to add your final update screwed up the old app. All the colors are messed up now.

Sync to icloud no longer works since last update. Very frustrating.

They announced 1 last update for ToDo 6, so I thought I better get it because I wont be paying again for the same app. Dont do it!! After the last update for ToDo 6 was installed, many of my lists are now gone, and remaining lists have what appears to be an older version of the same list. This is disastrous!!

The latest (and supposed final) update to Todo 6 messed with all my colors for the various lists. They are all appearing in the blue/purple/pink spectrum, despite having other colors actually selected for the lists.

No way am I paying to upgrade. I paid already. So wrong.

I'm really shocked at the negative product reviews because a $10 product isn't maintained for years at no cost. No computer software is sold that way, nothing else you buy is that way either. Unlimited free updates for my appliances? Don't think so.<br/><br/>The problem with App development is there is no way to charge for upgrades in the App Store. A new iOS release can cost 10s of thousands of development dollars to refactor the code. The developer should do that for free? Do you work for free?
