I’ve been using theScore for 4 years now and I love how convenient it is. I’m particularly a big college sports fan and I find that this app makes college scores, stats, and schedule information the most accessible.

I honestly did prefer the old UI display for college matchups where it showed the full team name and record. An option to change it back to the old view would be nice. Other than that I have no complaints this app is great.
I use TheScore mainly for MLB baseball. I’ve tried basically ever other viable app (Apple sports, yahoo sports, cbs sports, sports alerts, real, sofascore, flashscore) for live scores, and the one that seemed to work the best out of all of them was TheScore. I really have almost no gripes with this app at all. The only thing that I would love if added would be, for baseball at least, if in the live activities widget in your Lock Screen, it displayed the latest play in the game. You get notifications for score changes and such but having that little bit more info on the game if you can’t catch it live makes it easy to access if you’re busy and it’s such a nice quality of life change that other apps have.

Other than that, TheScore gets five stars from me.
Great app, until recently they decided to auto play videos with ads so it shuts off my music when I’m checking scores. Apple sports is better
Great quick way to get scores, stats and TV channels
Super helpful when trying to get good info fast
Bad , too many articles on female assaulter Conor McGregor . They delete comments if you criticize female assaulters. Shame and lame. I’d give zero stars if I could.
I will never go back to ESPN or CBS apps for sports scores. I am a sports obsessed nut and theScore is ideal. College baseball regular season scores are the only thing I’ve ever had to look elsewhere for, but I can’t imagine that would be a deal breaker for too many people.
