Really easy to use. Helpful hints. It has tools on it to learn about different stuff like your fat % and so forth. Well made would get it quick while it's free.

I Know Nothing

Very useful as a general guide to someone who is just starting to work out. Going into a gym as a newbie can be confusing -- instructional diagrams on equipment show the sitting positions, but not the range of motion for a particular excercise. GymGoal has animated videos that quickly show you a complete exercise movement.

I was surprised to read an earlier review with someone ranting on about the dietary recommendations in the app. Didn't know they were there, I haven't modified my eating habits, nor do I plan to -- wouldn't use an app for that if I were, so that rant didn't apply.

It's great that you can save your routines, but searching for exercises involves lots of scrolling through results for many types of equipment. Would be very useful if I could define different gyms and their equipment to limit search results.

really helpful if you

Helped me out a lot when i go to lift in the gym It gives you tips on how to do the exercise and even recommends sets, reps and routines. Even supplement powder and bars. Thank you.

Great app for routines

Love this app to set a weekly routine. It's very easy to change the individual workouts to ones that I prefer that still work out the same muscle group.
