Shapes Toddler Preschool

I used to really enjoy app from this company. When they went to prescription service I was fine with it because it’s worth paying for updates, extra content etc.. However every single time I open the app now it asks me to buy the full version even though I have a monthly membership. I have to hook to the internet and click restore purchases. It loses all of my child’s progress every single time.

I have purchased the annual the annual access but am unable to enjoy it as it is stuck on the LITE version since day 1. I have attempted to restart the ipad, delete and restore the app. I also tried the infamous “restore purchase” button and am met with a notice stating I have no prior purchases. <br/>I have emailed the app twice and it’s been two weeks with no response. <br/><br/>It’s a shame because I truly like this app, and so does my two year old. He was very excited to unlock the other topics. <br/><br/>Going to contact Apple to refund.

UPDATE: The developer reached out to me to address the problem. They were very helpful. The app works perfectly now. I highly recommend this app for your little one. It is wonderful minus the hiccup. <br/><br/>ORIGINAL REVIEW: I paid for this app a while ago. It had block letters, cursive, shapes and numbers. Now it’s asking for a subscription purchase??? I either want my money back for access to the content I paid for. And yes, I tried the restore purchases which didn’t work. This isn’t the first time you all have done this. Look forward to hearing from the developer.

I adore this game and it's been not only perfect for my toddler but fun for me to review my cursive. And so of course I purchased the full version immediately because I love the strategy in the steps of how to teach the writing. I think it is absolutely genius. <br/><br/>However with the new update I now have the lite version. I was disappointed and annoyed. I clicked on restore purchase but every time I exit the app I have to go through the whole process of restoring the purchase again to be able to play any of the letters we purchased from the original version. I don't expect to have the full version unlocked, just the parts I paid for from the original version. I hope it can be fixed because my daughter loves this game.

I wanna see toddler teasers to get it back I can touch the sticker,balloons,balls, and touching shapes

My son used this app years ago and it was amazing. I went to redownload it for our daughter and it is horrible. Why mess with something good. Why not just create a totally new app and leave this one alone.

I miss the old Shapes Toddler Preschool where it just went “Find the [shape]” and then you clicked on it. I also miss the other Toddler Preschool apps like the Alphabet and Numbers ones. My little brother learned his shapes with that app and it means a lot to me and my family. It is a shame it isn’t available anymore. Currently, we are teaching my brother to read with the “Everything Has Shapes” book on iTunes. We really wish that the old version was available again. The subscription model is annoying as well and I wish it was just a one-time fee on the App Store. It is fine that you went in a new direction with your app development and as an app developer myself, I understand that. However, I ask that you at least make Complete Toddler Preschool app available on the App Store again for those who prefer the older version from when you were Toddler Teasers.

Kids would play this ever now and again, but once they hit the subscribe button there is no way to get out of it. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Crap coding to force a purchase
