8 of 25It's a great game but how do you connect with other people? I put in an IP address and port code but nothing. And how do you get into that cave?!
Ok fun game to play but it's kinda short. And really only one quest. Also I got to max lv (11) way before the end. Is that it guys? Hmmmm I guess for a buck it's ok. Like some other ppl said good start. Would really like to see some more content and lv advancement.
Piece of crap it's a no buy.
Saying it's a "Diablo style" game is kinda true.
The base game is similar but level-ups only add HP and there aren't any kind of skill tree, nowhere near the number of items or quests and a fairly small world.
I'm not sure how old the app is (I apparently got it after an update made gameplay easier to do) but I hope they will continue adding updates that will add more quests. Even if they make other apps (after adding more to this one) it would be neat if they made it possible to play as your orignal character in the expansions (like in Diablo and even Chillingo's The Quest iPhone series).
It's a good start and if they keep at it they may be able to truely make "the iPhone's Diablo".
Unless Blizzard decides to port it to the iPhone...
I really hated the game play, it was hard took way to much time and got boring
I would gladly pay $4.99 for this game if it meant this developer would expand on this game or create a rich story with more npcs and quest lines.

What to expect: This game has very solid mechanics: zones and monsters that are level appropriate, graphics, ramping up of spell cost equals roughly the amount of money you can earn from adventuring, spell selection strenghth and use are all good. The person that developed this game knows a lot about the elements of a good game.

However, dont expect a long or complex game with story and mystery or puzzles (multiple puzzles in an rpg are an apology for poor game development and a forced time sink to make it appear the game is fun, when it is in fact not well thought out).

If you are expecting something along the way of neverwinter nights (quests, npc interactivity, lenghth of gameplay) you need to consider the limitations of the iPhone and reassess your expectations. The iPhone is NOT a PC or PS3 replacement.

This game will be a "can't live without" game if further expansions focus on game content.
Needs more levels. Excellent play for the money
Short and sweet, hope an update will add skill tree+. I feel this game is headed in the right direction!!
