8 of 25This is just the relaxing type of koi pond app I was looking for when my old favorite got outdated. It is pretty, relaxing, and a little bit of fun, too. The fish and water move nicely, the splashing sound is good, and the flower/leaves are a fun accent.
Outstanding Goldfish aquarium app in which you can feed the fish and interact with them by tapping on the screen.
There are other features as well.
I love aquariums - I always appreciate doctor’s offices with live fish and go out of my way to be near koi ponds and fountains. I’ve read that being near moving fish has a soothing affect on the nervous system and I certainly can attest to this.
There are other fish / koi apps but they seem to have more of either a game aspect or gimmicky cute aspect.
This app is serene, low-frills, and perfect for the meditative effect I was looking for. I like to turn it on and lay the phone nearby when reading or doing repetitive activities.
The backgrounds are elegant and the flowers flow and ripple naturally with the water.
My only developer request is that the fish motion AI be improved slightly- it would be delightful for the fish to dart away when startled.

There are lots of apps out there to use when you’re feeling anxious or stressed but for me they all have too many features, options, or game-like mechanics to even attempt to look through when I’m having a panic attack. I’ve been using this simple app for 11 years and it always helps ground me. The design is easy to use, and the simple mechanics mean I can just watch the beautiful art of the fish swim and the gentle sound of the water, interacting occasionally if I feel up to it. These fish have gotten me through some of my most difficult moments, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a quick way to destress and take a moment to ground yourself!
What a cute idea, and it can be used to relax while anticipating an important call. And it is good entertainment for kitties!
First app I got on my first ipod gen one. Upgraded to the full version. Best fish pond app for my zen garden collection.
I love this game so much! It's very relaxing and I totally recommend anyone to get it!!!
