8 of 25The game has a few quirks. It was made in the 80s, so many situations haven’t aged perfectly. Some parts of the game, like relationships, seem odd or buggy (you might randomly break up with your partner without the game ever informing you if you date in adolesence).

However, playing to the end is a joy if you take it seriously. I shed a few tears the first time from the ending text, which is something I can’t say other life simulators can do. You feel more connected to these scenarios since they’re more detailed than is typical.

Good for a few playthroughs before you’ve seen most of the content. I’d say it’s worth the price.
it’s just very heteronormative :/
Could you please make the option to play all life events for each stage if someone would like to? Not would be really dope to have that option, rather than being forced into the next life stage before all events can be experienced. I understand that this might be missing the point of the game, but it would add to the experience for some players such as myself.
Please update the user interface. Add more options? Please I’ve loved this game since I found it on the internet when I was in elementary school
Love it love it love it! Had it on 5 1/4 floppy’s back in the day(if I remember right, box opened like a ‘piece of vinyl’) anyway, ‘life simulator’ where you actually care about the choices you make and the person you become. One caveat, especially for younger generation(I’m 49), lots of reading….I love reading what the impact my choices actually make but it’s as much a story as a ‘sim’. 6 star!!
Why do you have to be cis and straight
This game is a questions based RPG life simulator game. The questions can seem a bit dated since it feels like it was written in the 90’s but its still overall a fun game with multiple outcomes. Some scenarios like going to college could be more fun if they made college driven scenarios instead of just clicking that section 12 (!) times to count as having gone to class. But overall its a solid game that is worth the 5 bucks. Would love if this was animated, and allowed you to choose your characters and see some of this stuff illustrated.
the game is fun but it is not inclusive. i wish i had homosexual options
