8 of 25Looks like users DO need acct. w/Allstate. False advertising??Cannot create account due to idiot password req.
Thanks but no thanks. Deleted days ago.
Similar to other reviews, I spent hours inputting all my inventory, signed out and signed back in to check that everything has saved. Nothing saved. Worthless.
Please add Touch ID and 3D touch for iOS and I'll give it 5 stars! :-)
Though this app claims to be available to even non-Allstate customers, its impossible to create a login and password.
Great concept; faulty app. Nice try, Allstate.
Glitches and cuts out
I love the idea of this app. I wouldn’t ever want to go through something like a fire. After we witnessed our friends deal with such tragedy and the hassle of trying to remember every item they own, we decided to get an inventory of our own just in case. I was excited to use it but as soon as I logged in and created a room, I took a photo and it crashed. I redownloaded the app and restarted my phone and I have yet to be able to use it as intended. It’s a shame. I wish I had the chance to use it. 1/15/19 Staci S.
I couldn't even sign up--that's a major glitch, all right!
I spent about an hour going through recording home items, organizing everything, etc. All seemed fine. Some time later I went back in to add another item and everything was gone.

Also, when using the manual add, the app would crash. This happened at least four times during my initial loading of items which is moot because they're all gone anyway.
