Used to work

I used this app to vent my frustration with AT&T’s horrible coverage in Hawaii. With the latest update, the app won’t even open. So apropos.

No longer even works

No longer even works. App won’t open at all

This app is about as useful as AT&T’s network is reliable.

You can always rely on this app to give you a false sense of importance via reporting a problem. The only time anyone sees it is when you are talking with customer retention, or customer loyalty. Way to flip it, att by the way. Semantics.

This app is about as useful as AT&T’s network is reliable. ie it’s not. If only I could avoid atts services.

Good riddance! Buyer beware!

After 20 years as an AT&T customer I finally left. The his company has the worst coverage with tower dead spots all over the place. No matter how many times you report this they never fix it and trying to call in and inform them gets you no where except stuck on a troubleshooting phone call that a 4 year old could do but takes them 5-6 hours. AT&T has truly gone downhill. Their stock market value easily confirms this. That’s what you get as a company who has worthless customer support and can’t provide you with the service you pay for. Which mind you most of the other companies are cheaper. Take this apps reviews as a testament. Clearly lots of people are having the same issues trying to report broken cell towers and dead zones that shouldn’t be dead zones in the middle of a city at popular malls and stuff and you have no data service year as year and they can’t fix it. Buyer beware. I’d look elsewhere. I stayed with them so long trying to work with them. So many call in and spending entire days on the phone stuck in one spot and never accomplished a thing. The issues never get fixed and they find it easier just to blame you or your device but even getting a brand new top of the line phone fixes nothing and they will still blame your brand new device instead of taking responsibility and fixing their junk towers. Some customer service skills. I’ve exhausted every ounce of time and strength and patience with this company and I’d advice anyone else who gets sucked in with a good dead to the think twice. This is where you come to get help from AT&T and it has solid 1 star reviews. Run away!

Very “glitchy” had to reinstall

I used this a few times to report dropped or no service. After using it a few times is stopped completing the send of a report and would just spin. Then the app would not open.

Terrible service

by Brass Monkey Bread · February 25, 2021

I was suggested to use this app when I went to the AT&T store a few miles from where I use the phone I was attempting to get signal on. The signal was good at the store location of course so I used the app to report from my apartment where the signal had never been above 2 indication markers. After weeks of reporting about every other day when the signal never improved and on some days it dropped to 1 and even a handful of times I had no connection to internet AT ALL. I tried customer service for another week and they just eventually tried to sell me a WiFi plan and router to improve service. I HAD TO DISCONTINUE SERVICE WITH AT&T and go to another provider because AT&T was so awful.

app crashes

The app crashes often and once it does it wont launch again until I delete it and reload it.

Just a placebo button

by hondo517 · January 1, 2021

This is just a placebo button (something you can push that makes you feel better but doesn’t actually do anything). No one is looking at this data, nothing will get fixed. Ive has the same issues for over 3 years at the same location. Now the app just says “error : 0 no connection” and crashes. I know there is no connection, that’s what I’m trying to report.
