Hootsuite for Twitter & Social Media Scheduling

Theres a bug in the app where its not refreshing posts. Please fix it.

We have used HooteSuite as an organization for years and loved it, but is a a daily aggravation now. <br/>It drops a newer stream, BlueSky, several times a day and it needs to be reconnected. Therefore many posts have to reloaded by hand because the app did not function. This is true, whether using the desktop version or the mobile version.

Won’t allow you to cancel during free trial until money is taken out your account. GET A NEW CARD TO AVOID YOURSELF FROM GETTING CHARGED

The desktop online version works fine. The phone app is very glitchy, crashes frequently and is not convenient. Definitely switching to a new posting software when the subscription expires

The app freezes while trying to put a post together, rendering it completely useless at the moment. The app is the worst part of Hootsuite.

Why is it that I can log in just fine on a browser but when using this app I get an invalid google authenticator code. I have never used the google authenticator. Just make this as simple as the web version.

Great website and service, absolutely awful app. Freezes up on every single use. Every. Single. Use. Almost impossible to use ita that bad.

I use Hootsuite for years for my small business. They deactivated my account, and no longer do the subscriptions via Apple, my annual cost of $224 into a monthly fee of $149, unless I pay it fully in advance. Absolutely ridiculous. They’ll have you invest all of your data rack up the prices and then hold your data hostage.
