8 of 25The content is nice, but the way the app takes you back to the top of the page after viewing an individual item makes it impossible to search through anything. It didn't used to do this and I find myself not shopping with them anymore.
Again again again. After viewing something it takes me back to the top. This is so annoying. How many people need to write that in their review until Piperlime is changing such simple thing. I hope soon otherwise I wouldn't shop there anymore.
Does everything needed and Piperlime has great deals!

Been trying to us the app all morning and it just keeps crashing. I've reinstalled and still crashing. Please fix!!!! While you are at it bring back my favorites. The purpose is to have people spend money removing my favorites has caused me to spend less because they are gone :( Giving you 3 stars because when it works it's great. I will update to 5 when I get my favorites back ;)
This app would not take you back to the top after viewing an item detail! It is so annoying for me and apparently hundreds of reviewers. Piperlime should get really their act together and fix their app asap! Can't even imagine how much money they are loosing from mobile e-commerce sales because of this app issue.
Worthless app. I deleted after first use. I love and will continue to shop at Piperlime but not using this app. When searching for shoes, there is no ability to limit your search by size. I'm a pretty rare size (5), so most of the shoes I click on do not come in my size. There's no way I will manually search thru 500 pairs of boots to find a handful in my size. Also, the filter function is broken. Under the category of boots, I selected "wedges" and got a message saying that nothing met that criteria. Same for "mid-shaft." At that point, I quit in disgust and deleted the app.
Customer satisfaction and relationships are the foundation of your business. Piperlime has distinguished itself in the e-commerce market and is still growing every day. This customer feedback is not new. At the very least, acknowledge the feedback your "valued" and loyal customers have taken the time to give you.
