Praise Jesus!

I have been looking forever for the ability to color days with just one click and this app does exactly that. If you want to be able to look at future months to see availability when you know your on/off schedule this is the answer. It's a Christmas miracle!

Nice concept but lacks features

I understand you're going for the minimalist experience, but I think it's bordering on useless. A simple enhancement that would greatly improve its usefulness would be to have multiple calendars to track different things, and then have a main calendar that "blends" the colors of all of the calendars. Personally, I would use that to track the severity of symptoms for my child's chronic disease, but I imagine it could be used for countless other purposes also. The way it is now (with only calendar with one color per day), it's not very useful as more than just a pretty thing to look at, unless you are really into the moon phases thing I suppose.

Another minor UI comment: Why not put the hemisphere setting on the settings screen? Really, how often do you expect people to change that? Does it warrant taking up real-estate on the main screen? Given the otherwise nice UI, this decision sticks out like a sore thumb.

Mystery App

I love it! This app has no purpose at all. I have no idea what the colors for each day are. And what's up with the graph? There must be some hidden meaning behind the pure asthetic appeal that I just haven't grasped yet. It hardly matters since it is so nice to look at.

Great nightstand app

This application is great for recalling your day before bed. Seeing the day in text makes it seem like it is more in the past an I can rest easier, especially after a great day.

It really needs an online counterpart. Especially if a new phone comes out. I'd love to look back on certain months and weeks in later years, but if I get a new phone that data is lost with it.

Glad to have this app

I can tell you, if you have a chronic illness this is a great tracking app. Makes it really easy to see waxing & waning of symptoms. Really glad to see something like this, thanks!!!

Good, but could be better

This app is an awesome idea but falls short. Reducing the entire spectrum of human emotion down to 5 colors is a tough job. I'd appreciate the ability to use many more colors.

I LOVE the graph screen. Data porn is always appreciated.

My last piece of feedback is that this app needs to incorporate push notifications to remind me to set my color everyday. Otherwise my calendar is going to have lots of holes.

Awesome app

Awesome app! The calendar I always wanted to use (for working shifts though). One click day coloring, easy backup/restore, great interface and stable work!
Thank you very much for colorenar!

p.s.: one or two MORE colors would be great,
and PLEASE save iPhone 3G support for the next updates ;-)

Beautiful design

Excellent design, lots of nice touches. A very inconspicuous mood-tracking app for the person who always seems to have someone over their shoulder.

My one comment would be the ability to add a seconday tracking system: a minor change would be to let the user change the color inside the color ban, so that the secondary color would be translucent over the moon phase symbols. This would be ideal for quick visual connections between primary, secondary, and moon. (This would be especially useful for women, ahem, but could have any other range of self-defined uses.)

Overall however an excellent design and function; this is my mood tracker of choice; I feel happier just seeing how aesthetically pleasing it is!
