8 of 10Thank you another wonderful app! I recommend this highly!
When you get to the second row it carries incorrectly. It carries one column to the left and is visually very confusing.
I like this app's step by step demonstration of long multiplication, and I especially like the option of using your own numbers.
This app does a great job at showing kids the steps in solving a multi-step multiplication problem. They get more practice with a concept that is difficult for many to learn (especially my special needs students) beyond the simple learning of multiplication facts. Great APP!!
Another great tool to learn math. Long multiplication is nicely illustrated by smooth animation in a step-by-step fashion. It's a great way to conceptualize math problems.
Walks through the problems step by step. Wont move on until that part is right. But.. carries the numbers on the bottom instead of the top which is confusing at first. No option to print problems inputed which would help with homework. It would be nice to input a group of problems to be done and then print them when finished
I love this app and used to use it in my fourth grade classroom throughout my multiplication unit as a great opportunity for differentiated, engaging practice with instant feedback! I am very disappointed with the new update though, since it makes the app no longer compatible with my 2nd generation iPods. In the world of education, it is not easy to get the newest technology offered especially when as of 3 years ago my district bought me enough iPods for each of my students. I wish I could still use this app on my class set of iPods, but they can no longer be updated with new software versions. Please allow your apps to continue to work with the older iPod software versions since this was created to help teachers and students in the first place.
This app is great as a complement to workbook problems. well done!
