I love this app, it's all the note making apps i can ever dream about. Please include edit notes and an option to add a paragraph field on the next update. Overall, great app, thanks 

I would like to be able edit my notes and change the field order in a template. Then it would be perfect

I just got it today and I used it to track what I did today. I've paid money for apps of lesser value. <br/><br/>• It might be nice and unique if an option were provided to export the form as HTML with rudimentary JavaScript validation, since for many people (i.e. me) form design is not one of their most favorite tasks.<br/>• An option for a &quot;condensed&quot; view of records<br/>• An option to rearrange fields

I love the simplicity of this! I would also like to be able to export data to other programs. I am using for recording data on the road and then I need to use data on computer when I get home.
