Crash

by Porabola · February 1, 2012

This app would b great if every time I tap on physical changes it crashes. Gimme my money back!!!!

Simply incomplete and the developer is unresponsive.

Run while you can!!! I recently purchased the Hydro Garden app. I like where they're going with it, but it is incomplete and unusable. Now that I've used it a little bit, I've encountered too many bugs to consider it a complete product. I also have some suggestions for ways to make the app more useful.

First off, the app seems to crash frequently. This seems to happen frequently at random times during its use. I'm running it on an iPhone 4.

Also, if I delete or edit plants in my "garden" it won't save those changes when I close the app or when the app crashes. I have plants that I'd like to delete, but they simply reappear whenever I start the app again.

In the photo section for the plants it would be nice if you could save more than one photo per a plant. Also, I wish that I didn't have to take the photos in the HydroGarden app. I'd like it if I could just select and import photos from my camera roll.

Lastly, it would be nice if there were fields in the "details" section for hydroponic growers to track variables such as PPM, EC, reservoir temperature, reservoir level, CO2 levels, nutrient type, additive types, etc.

I attempted to contact the developer but their email account and website are down and they provide no alternative contact information. Therefore, I would consider this app to be a fraudulent product. Everybody who has paid money for this app should be refunded.

Bad & Broken

I can add zero entries. I have to force-quit the app as ZERO buttons work from the get-go. What I have looks nothing like the pictures shown. They may as well have stolen $1.99 out of my pocket. Where is the Q&A Apple? Really?

I WANT A REFUND

I bought this app hoping to keep track of my plants and I go to "enter garden" and none of the buttons work after that. I can't add, edit, or even go back to the main menu. It happens every time. I want to speak to the developers of this app and either have the bug fixed or get my money back. Ridiculous!

not worth it. use a excel or one thats free. with ppm,ph, fertz, lights, plant name. Thats all that it does no co2 comp. do not buy. If they catch you with a growing data, the DA loves it.

Could be a little better

This is a pretty useful app to keep track of ur garden... With that said it needs a watering scheduling add on so I can keep track of when I watered and what i watered with

Wow hydro? Umm not all of us are dirty farmers, there needs to be some clarity with this app.
