Penultimate

Downloaded for note taking with iPad Pro but found that the app keeps deleting pencil strokes . Each new line placed resulted in adjacent line within an inch being partially deleted. You could not find any resources online to fix this issue.

New iPad. Abandoned application. Doesn’t work anymore.

As a gen x-er, l take notes and notes and notes... which means that the piles of yellow paper used to pile up, making it hard to both file and search these notes later. My iPad, Apple Pencil I and Penultimate have completely solved this problem. Not only can I now carry a cabinet full of notes to meetings, I can also search for keywords, draw and write in different colors and pen thicknesses, and even move chunks of text around the page.

Adding to the cacophony of reviews mentioning the recent issues with the Apple Pencil 2 writing persistently writing over recently written text. Extremely hopeful that an update fixing this is imminent, because Evernote without full Penultimate functionality is a huge disadvantage and impediment to my productivity workflow.

Goodness I don’t how it passed testing, disable drawing by fingers it’s a complete mess when using Apple Pencil

The program does not presently permit PDF transfers from my iPad. Otherwise I would rate the application much higher.

This was a great app and I have a lot of notes in it. I just upgraded to a iPad Pro with a 2nd generation pencil and every time I try to write something the previous thing I wrote gets erased.

I really enjoyed this app until I upgraded my iPad to a pro with the newest pencil. Now the app will not allow me to write in it anymore. I will change my review once they fix the glitch.
