While the recent refresh of the app, particularly the UX, is promising, for such a billion dollar company it lacks certain features, such as the ability to cancel recurring transactions. You have to make a phone call! This is what oligopoly of the Big Five in Canada gets you

missing cross border funds transfer

Web version has ability to do cross border transfer funds from US checking account while the app does not have this option. Big deficiency.
