At Bat 2010 for iPad

Bought the app, then found out the World Series was blacked out. Would have been nice to know that BEFORE I wasted my five bucks.

I've used the MLB Internet service since it started. This app is a great addition. Now I just take the game with me wherever I got with HD quality too! I only hope that soon it'll allow me to watch while the iPad is connected to my TV.

It works on my Iphone, but NOT on my IPAD. Every time I try watching a live game, it crashes after every batter. Don't buy this app until they fix this problem !!!!!!

MLB At Bat has kept me completely up-to-date with my team (Texas Rangers) and all action around the league. It is simply a must have if you are a serious baseball fan. With the off season here, it is great to see Major League Baseball giving this app away for free and updating it with off season news. Well done!

I've been an iPhone user of MLB (free/cheap) since early 2009 and a user of the full price MLB for iPhone since mid-year 2009. It began as a decent app but grew steadily over that year, adding features/functions/stability pretty much month-by-month. I even added an MLB.tv subscription before the playoffs last year since the ability to view live games either at home (for my wife, on her Mini) or on my iPhone (for me) was a lot of good baseball fun. <br/> <br/>I've seen MLB for the iPad in action (at my local Apple store) and can't wait for my 3G iPad to arrive in 3 weeks, so I can install my already-purchased MLB for iPad on it. The video quality is much better than on my iPhone (less squinting for starters). Although the total package is around $125 ($99/year for MLB.tv, $15 for the iPad and $10-ish for the iPhone) it isn't so bad in the grand scheme of things compared to a couple of tickets in a ball park, parking, hot dogs, programs, etc. Not quite the same thing as an afternoon at the park, but there's also no rain on my iPad/iPhone ever. <br/> <br/>For those people whining about MLB's offering, consider this: the MLB product(s) are 10 to 20 YEARS AHEAD of the NFL or NHL. I seriously doubt whether the NFL owners can get anything close to these apps together before 2015 and suspect it will be more like 2025 before they duplicate what MLB has in 2010. <br/> <br/>These apps (iPhone and iPad) are awesome in comparison. And they improve throughout the season. <br/> <br/>Thank you, MLB!
