Great fun and workable sounds, no bluetooth headphone support

This is a pretty fun app, I guess. I never learned to play but thought this would be a nice toy to work with. My one complaint would be that, when I try to use it while listening to music on my iPad (trying to play along), this app stops working (cant do both). Other than that it works great, especially for free.

This app WAS a good app, until it crashed for the first time while I was recording. Ever since then sound doesn't play at all. Nothing happens whatsoever. Basically it's a broken piano, which is worthless obviously. I told the developer, but I never heard back. No update, no response, ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not buy this app. You will be sincerely disappointed.

Pro keys might be a bit niche by some perspectives, but it's really cool in a pinch to have an app to throw down a melody on my iPhone. The most use I have for pro keys is on my iPhone, on my iPad I have so many more options for sketching out a song. However pro keys on my iPad is very playable. But what I would love to see is .mid file render and 'open in' support for .mid files. Pro keys would be a great place in my opinion to see this happen. Great stuff is always coming from you guys at BeepStreet, thank for all the awesome apps.

UPDATE: After many months of not working, the most recent update finally allowed me to use the app. And it is very good! Nice sounds, and I really like the the loop feature when recording. Very hard to separate the gimmicky ad-ridden game piano crap in the app store from the keyboard apps aiming to be actual usable instruments. This app is the latter. Bunch of usable sounds to choose from and drum kits too. Love that I can pick any two and have them on screen at the same time. Some comments:<br/>1) Would be nice if the dev could recompile the app with more recent SDK to get rid of the &quot;this will make your phone slow&quot; warning. <br/>2) the naming of the notes seems of by an octave. The C4 sounds like a C5 to me. Could be wrong though.<br/>3) would be nice if there were a scroll bar of some sort so you didn't have to play a key just to move the keys to a different octave.<br/><br/>All fairly minor quibbles. Other than that it's great! Nice job.

BeepStreet contacted me directly to report the problem is between the App and iOS 6, which he is working to remedy. he said the current workaround is to quit the app and delete it from the multitasking bar (double home) and start it again. this works perfectly. this procedure must be used after each sleep or quitting. i full well expect JJ at BeepStreet to have his fix soon and am a happy camper. i LOVE this program. <br/>eating my original review: <br/>bought the Pro Keys App, installed on iPad 3 and iPhone 4S. it runs Once. quit the App or go to sleep, upon awakening or restarting there is NO SOUND OUTPUT any longer, at all. Delete the App, re-install it = same issue without fail. it's a great looking, great sounding app and i'd love to use it but it simply won't run. i tried contacting Beep Street to no avail, joined the forum, to no avail. what's a poor boy to do?
