Have owned this app for years and suddenly I need to pay again? I actually paid and now the app won’t even open up. Refund me please.
2/2020 <br/>The first problem I’ve ever had with this app, crashed every time I tried to open it. Followed the advice given to other customers having the same issue, & deleted & redownloaded.<br/>Works perfectly again!<br/><br/>One of the first apps I ever bought--several years ago!<br/>Still use it frequently, still works, has been compatible with every iOS upgrade.<br/>It's the only app I've ever had that has NEVER had a glitch.<br/>If you're a bird lover, I highly recommend it.<br/>If you're a cat owner, it can be a real "hoot" 😉.
I would like my money back this is not at all what I thought it was going to be and I don’t need to spend four dollars on something I’m not going to use. Please contact me
As far as I can tell this app does nothing more than link to Cornell, which any birder already has. It seems to offer zero value, even if it was free
What’s going on with the app? If I try to open it kicks me right out. Not happy. I really enjoyed the app when working.
