Awful

Awful app

Worst app on the planet

by Ario334 · February 25, 2026

This is by far the worst app i’ve ever seen. No English option, zero support, every month my plan disappears and i have no idea how i should check the remaining. Full of bugs. Often after recharging your account it says unsuccessful, even if it’s successful, takes forever to appear on the page. And many many more problems

Bad customer service and experience

The worst connection for tourist. Makes everything difficult

eSIM support missing

by Fabio_xxx · September 18, 2024

When are you going to add support to convert a SIM into eSIM ? Is 2024
Vodafone is so behind times !

Fate pena. Horrible

English speakers, this App is horrible also in Italian! I am an Italian living in USA and this App is useless.
Ci obbligate a verificare i documenti quando dite voi? Siamo noi che decidiamo quando farlo! Se abbiamo urgenza di usare l'account, let us in! E comunque neanche funziona bene. E una volta dentro, i dati dei piani numeri fissi? Non esiste solo il mobile. Vergognosi. Andate a fare un corso in un altro paese e tornate in Italia a lavorare come si deve.

Add English language option

by Itsbilalraj · October 14, 2025

The app is good but i personally want to add an English language option because i use this app and sim internationally but when i came in italy i use it but there is no option of English language so please note it.

Can’t change the language. Please fix this.

You’d think as a company that offers national cellular service and is one of Italy’s main providers, they would at least have the option to change the language on your app. Unfortunately it is only in Italian, and from what I can tell is quite complicated to work with if you simply want to top up your data or change your plan. You’re better off talking to someone in person. This is probably one of the most necessary yetleast useful app I have on my phone.

Hard to navigate and use, unreliable

by Sam Renprax · January 25, 2024

I like that my SIM numbers show up automatically, but that’s just about the only thing that is easy and reliable in this app. Whenever I get a text from Vodafone with offers or suggestions to reup my data, the link takes me to the website, the site pushes me to the app, and then the specific offer I am trying to activate is difficult to find or just not listed at all. Payments are often refused for unknown reasons, though that probably has more to do with my bank. And, ironically, the app is one of the slowest to load while on the VF network. The biggest thing that I think is so head-smackingly obvious and yet is baffingly not offered is the ability to change the app language. If I’m buying a sim, there is a non-negligible chance that I speak a language other than the main language of the country coded on the SIM. For something as fundamental as phone service—whose advertising you are often directing toward tourists—why would you make it impossible to change the language of the app? What do you lose by making the app more accessible?
