8 of 25Won't load up every time I try to sign in It just stays on loading. I tried uninstalling and installing and again and still nothing.
My APP is frozen I deleted it and can’t bring it back. I should have stayed with Geico. I called The Hartford and after a half hour on hold I spoke with a woman who said I’ll send you the declaration page within an hour. It never came.
The app is not really an app - it feels more like a very dated website….and, if you use your iPhone to ‘print’ the proof of insurance for your car, there’s no print option. 👏🏼👏🏼🧐😡
I’ve NEVER been able to login to this app. I deleted and reloaded 3x and have still not been able to login - just get stars going across the page forever. Don’t bother getting this app - it will just take up space.
The app appears to have been designed for the iPhone 5S from 2013, and hasn't had any layout updates in the past 10+ years. How is this even possible?
Love, love, love the app when it’s working properly… Please update the app
It seems like The Hartford app is dead. Hasn’t been updated for over a year and I couldn’t log in. Delete the app and just use their website.
The app doesn’t load and hangs up. The only thing I can use it for is to get the phone number for roadside assistance. Unbelievable!
