Sound Scope Space for iPad

I would give this app 5 stars, however until it is possible to record, import and export my work; it's pointless. I will update a star for each fix. 1 for record and save and one to import and export. This app has amazing potential. I will update accordingly. Thnx

This is an amazing instrument and these developers know what they are doing! i have also purchased thier other app Curtis and it is also Amazing.This being said there are some features that would take these apps to a whole other level that it is missing that makes the apps just shy of being complete. First we need a Sampler and the ability to record a short loop and have the ability to Copy/Paste these sounds/loops we have created into other music production apps to to sequence them together with other projects. This would take both of these applications to the top of the charts. other then that excellent job developers give yourselves a pat on the back.

Update...<br/>Awesome that you keep releasing updates, new features are cool.. Arpeggiator worked in the first update, now broken again... Gah.<br/><br/>Awesome when it works, but the arpeggiator is toasted, update!

The wave editing is interesting in discovering different tones, but no IAA, no audio bus, no in app recording, no midi connectivity and a very poor keyboard design unusable for performance makes this but just a toy.

I've been pretty critical of The Strange Agency's apps before. I've even collaterally slammed them in other reviews. Looking back at the last review I wrote for CP 1911... Seeing that it was the only one. I felt guilty. <br/><br/>It seems to me that no matter what these folks do there is a line of 15-20 people who just think its the most mind blowing, paradigm shattering, innovative, audio tool ever created. <br/><br/>I find myself getting sucked in by the stacks of one-line praise and the coy descriptions. <br/><br/>So after playing for an hour or so I'm happy to admit I was able to get some interesting sounds out of this. Unfortunately most of them seem to arise after setting up and holding an arp, and then playing with the oddly named echo BPM. Interesting sounds like plucked high tension cables over the very narrow range of 10-30 &quot;BPM&quot;.<br/><br/>The down side is the sliders are nearly impossible to use, even with a stylus there is perhaps a pixels worth of distinction between the arbitrary rule marks on the sliders, and the slider control.

Why It is on sale if It doesn't work?, i have just bought It!

Seems like a great idea, well-implemented, yet currently broken (at least on iPad). Love the under-finger waveform feedback.

I'm still learning all the features of this synth, but it seems like it has a lot of potential. Currently, the arpeggiator seems to be on the fritz, but hopefully that will get fixed in a future update.
