8 of 25I can’t even create an account because they never accept my password. I follow their password rules of “at least 1 number, 1 uppercase letter, and 1 lowercase letter,” and I still get a popup saying “your password was breached or has low security. Change it for safety!” Umm, I did everything they told me to do so how can it have low security? How could it have been breached when I JUST created it? This is either a scam or you guys are totally incompetent.
Lost my files
The ideas and concept are great but the app does not function properly. I have attempted to use it for work purposes and spent a lot of time and effort filling out reports only to have the text deleted or moved to another location on the page. I have emailed edited documents from this app on for them to tell me it was received blank. 1 star till these frustrating bugs are worked out
When you open the app there is this blast of “make an account, join premium, do this tutorial, do that tutorial” 😭. What is this warm up mode i keep on seeing oh my god bro just let me open a pdf. I know it’d be a little ironic if I mentioned how unintuitive the features are after bashing the tutorials (is that what those were?) but it is just a pdf editor. It isn’t hard, but it’s weird how obtuse it is. It takes like 5 button clicks to add a bookmark. There are also like 4 toolbars. I’m really only keeping the app because it’s the only one that *allows* bookmarks. Wish they had an option in one of those toolbars to turn off the “Want to practice using a pdf editor before actually using it?”-button 😭😭

Every time I try to amend a document it’s asking me<br/>To sign up for a service I already have paid for and won’t let me edit!
