8 of 25I see now that there are a good number of people also complaining about this issue. I do not usually pay for apps but I liked this one so I did, as is turns out I am at level 10 and the game has me stuck on the map! I cannot move onto the next level and I cannot replay that level. It happened to me before and I just made another player and it worked fine for awhile but.....here we are again! Please fix this bug FAST!!!!! It is super annoying!!!!!
...to download the free version. You will be left disappointed and unhappy. The paid version of this game is only 2 bucks for a reason..it freezes about 7 or 8 levels in. You wont be able to shop, play, or even return to the main screen. To add insult to injury, you cant even leave a message for support because the Captcha phrase doesnt show for you to enter it. Save your time and money..dont bother with this mess. I now know not to even download anymore Alawar games because i am so disappointed.
I was enjoying the game until it froze after level 6. I deleted and downloaded the game a few times, but it still freezes up. I tried to contact App support, but the site required some kind of code which I do not have. This feels like a rip off. What a waste of my $.
It was stuck on level 9.
I played about six rounds then the game locked up. I rebooted my iPad and when that didn't work I reinstalled. Then I had to start the game over. I got to about level eight and it locked up yet again. Frustrating when you pay for a product that does not work.
You only get to play about 13 levels then you get a gray window in the top left side of your screen. It completely halts the game and there's no way to continue. I think it had something to do with the old open feint application. I tried reinstalling hotel mogul but it did the same thing on two different iPads. I used to love this game. I've played it so much that I can win the levels easily but still found it fun and relaxing. Not anymore.
I bought the full version, was totally enjoying it, but after I played through a few levels, it has frozen and will not let me do anything but close it out. I can reopen it but it just stays frozen on the map. Nothing works now.
Can't access the level 7!!! Please help!
