8 of 25Amazing game and app that my friends and I have been playing online for years. It’s a shame asmodee bought this and is going to create their own terrible app to replace this.

ASMODEE — STOP BUYING ALL OF THE GOOD CARD GAMES AND WRAPPING TERRIBLE APPS AROUND THEM.
Fantastic. Had it over the years and I’m hoping they’re not done adding expansions.

Frankly, I’m a little surprised at how inexpensive the expansions are given that the entire app and all expansions can be had for less than the cost of one physical expansion... and the app has to add AI!

Give me the abbey and the mayor and I will pay you good money! It’s the best expansion!
Our whole family loves this game!
I love this app! I love being able to play Carcassonne on my phone whenever I want. I’ve really enjoyed the expansion options too.
Please PLEASE update with more expansions. I would LOVE the circus expansion. I’ll gladly pay for more expansion options.
I updated your app today and it hard crashed on me. 🤯 I’ve deleted the app and started over to no avail. I love this game, but I’m not sure what’s happening?
Happy to see the increase of screen real estate after 4.40, but there’s no sound or music for 4.40 and 4.41 on my 11inch iPad Pro. Hope this gets fixed soon ! My wife and I play this game almost daily.
Been a fan of Carcassonne for years. My first experience with a digital version was Asmodee’s release for Android devices. When I moved to Apple for my mobile needs, I was very bummed to find I would now have a more limited pool of friends for online games.

But: it’s grown on me. I’ve enjoyed testing myself with the solo challenges, and this app has been an excellent way to learn new expansions without having to drop a bundle on the physical copies.

I’m looking forward to getting back into Asmodee’s version for regular digital game nights — I’ve always found this version very lacking in the AI opponents & visual styling, and it always bothers me when a game is designed exclusively for one operating system— but this edition will stick around on my iPad simply for the one feature that sets it apart: the solitaire games. These puzzles are truly delightful, to the point I’d have happily paid for a standalone app built around the solitaire game mode.
My family and I can’t get enough of this game! We love the many expansions that have been added already and are hoping for even more eventually!

This is, hands down, one of the best online multiplayer games for iOS, and perfect for turn-by-turn players who want to take their time. I use this game as a way to connect with my family overseas, as well as have fun with my wife when we are apart.

Please bring us more expansions! We’ll gladly buy them! :)
