8 of 25I've been using Nozbe for quite a while now, but only had my iPad a few months. I got the iPad app almost immediately and have been very pleased with it.

I'm not a fan of the PC desktop app (continuing to use web-based), so I didn't expect to like this version. What a pleasant surprise...to have been very wrong!

If you're a GTD-er, Nozbe is purely GTD (and improving). You should try it. If you're a Nozbe user with an iPad, you MUST have this app.

Only "wish" keeping me from full 5-stars: Text styles (bold & italic) from the desktop are not displayed as such here (or on the mobile - for smartphones - version). Keep improving Michael & team!
and I have tried them all ....
Have loved, loved, loved this app UNTIL I updated to ios7… now things are scrambled… every time I open the app that I otherwise live my life by.

As soon as the ios7 compatible update is made--I would gladly change my review to 5 stars
I have been a Nozbe user on the Web for several years now and have experienced the growth both of the capabilities of the system and of the organization headed by Michael Sliwinski to improve and refocus the system to the mobile era with multiple platforms that have to be integrated.

They now have not only the Web version, still the strongest and most flexible, but also a desktop version for Mac and for Windows, along with iOS versions for the iPhone and the iPad. They work seamlessly and I have yet to find any difficulties in keeping the different data bases for Nozbe synchronized across platforms.

There is of course room for improvement. I have made suggestions over the years both directly and through their forums and they have always taken my suggestions seriously and thoughtfully.

In iOS I would like to see a more graphic, finger-oriented design that takes full advantage of the capabilities of iOS, though the current version works quite well. On the WEB version I would like to see a stronger filtering system with multiple filters allowing me to hone in on the tasks I need to address more urgently.

Additionally I would like to see more integration with other productivity applications, to allow me to integrate the task information maintained by Nozbe under GTD with other systems. For example, I use Pocket Informant (PI) on iOS and I would love to have PI sync with Nozbe to pick up the tasks programmed by date and list them in PI.

Currently PI syncs with Toodledo and does an excellent job with that, but if I want to integrate my task information from Nozbe with PI I have to duplicate the project and task information from Nozbe on Toodledo. This is clearly not a practical or effective solution to get my Nozbe information to PI. (I hasten to add that while Toodledo has much to offer, it does not match up to Nozbe and a full-integrated platform for running GTD.

In summary, I highly recommend Nozbe both for the capabilities of its system on its different platforms as well as the dedication and ambition of the Nozbe organization to maintain and improve the best GTD productivity application available.
Excellent GTD product that full integrates with Evernote and Dropbox. One major problem for me is that there are no folders for projects just labels. I need both. Please include this feature in your next release. I would really like to see a better review feature. I have too many projects to review every project every week.
Great application for integrated planning of multiple projects and focus areas. Ability to convert an action to a project is a nice feature. Good integration with the web app.
Due to changes at work I could not utilize this app, but customer service responded promptly and fairly, which speaks to their comment and dedication to the customer. That deserves strong praise along with the app. Thank you Nozbe!
Somewhat pricey, but if you want to run a fairly complete gtd system, I think this is it.
