8 of 25VPN was great for years, but since January 2025, I can’t use it anymore, always get a message: user authentication failed. But I can still get Rewards, so it’s the right authentication. Sent multiple emails since February and never got a reply.
I have this App from many years ago, but not using it for about 6 months in 2019. When I started to use it again it worked flawlessly. <br/><br/>Later I try to install the same account in my wife’s iPhone and I had trouble with the password, but it was my fault because didn’t remember well the password used in the former installation.<br/><br/>I wrote for help from inside the App to the developer, and I got a reply in few hours.<br/><br/>I am satisfied with this VPN App.<br/><br/>By the way, I have read some review with similar issue as mine (once registered the right password, didn’t start connecting)<br/><br/>The solution is delete the App, switch off the phone, switch on again, install the App and register the right mail and password. It seems that some info must be deleted in the background.<br/><br/>Now my VPN works great in both iPhones

I paid for one month subscription but only used it for 5 minutes and then it never works again. It always says the connection to VPN servers was denied. There is no way to request refund.

It does not connect to any vpn servers provided. <br/><br/>I have a quote of 10G purchased with status of normal, but I can not connect to vpn servers. I can not locate the telephone number to call. I did search on Google and could not find it. <br/><br/>Another company called expressVPN responds my inquiry fast, but a different company than VPNexpress. So confusing …
