8 of 25The software used to be much easier to use prior to the recent update. Not sure why it is buggy now. I couldn’t change the number of refills on a medication, and even entering the number of pills was a chore. Please look over the update and fix it
Inconsistent
Won’t readily advance when I tap on an existing patient
Whatever you all did on this last update has essentially made it where e-prescribing is not functional on the app.
Some of us cannot even open a patient profile. Please fix this!
The transition to the new two factor authentication system with facial ID was rough, but since then it’s working perfectly for my solo psychiatry practice. Addendum- after writing this review I got a new phone had a huge problem with ID.me the authentication. The ID help desk was useless. A rep from RXNT called me immediately and walked me through the process. Impressive
The the new App with LiveScan crashes all the time. You can no longer log in with Apple FaceID. The app Fonts are so big that you can't see all the text on the screen and can only see 2 recent prescriptions without scrolling.

When prescribing a controlled med, it FAILS to capture the face 50% of the time and the white oval is in such a WRONG position on the screen that it requires a strange positioning of my iPhone to get my face into the oval & there is NO confirmation that your face is in the correct spot!! Moreover, if your EPCS face scan does gets thru, it takes 20 sec or more while the app just seems frozen. Lastly, EPCS will not work on a second patient unless the app is quit & logged in all over. This is one of the worst app launches I have ever seen. RXNT is on its way out soon.
Could not be happier with your Rx app. Helps keep the practice running smoothly
The new format is much easier to navigate compared to previous versions. This version is more intuitive and enjoyable to work with.
Phone app and pharmacy selection flawed.
