I enter my email address and then I get an error message that says, “Unexpected server error, please try again later”<br/><br/>I reached out to the service email address with Audubon and they said that it would be over a week before they have an answer from the developer, but nothing they can do now.
Repeated attempts to signup at the startup as a new user result in a server error. Customer support non-existent. Reports of the bug was not replied to. The contact form on the website was also defunct.
App would not let me in without giving Audubon my email. Dumped it immediately.
Down.loaded the app, it haven’t even gotten a chance to use it yet. Tried signing in with my email and signing in through Facebook and got error messages for both.
Still no fix Unexpected Error issue when trying to access the app. The app was recommended by a State Park employee, to bad it doesn’t work.
When it's worked over the years, great. Not for months. Are the owners/developers just not competent enough to keep up with iOS <br/>updates, of which there has constant flood?
... it was sortable/searchable by state or region. Otherwise wonderful.
