8 of 25I would like to start off by saying I love this app and it works perfectly for me. Although I have two complaints, and both are easy fixes. First complaint, like my title reads, is to give an iPad version of this app! My second and final complaint would be minor, but a very easy fix. I would like Verizon to illustrate a nice new app design and look to match iOS 7. Thanks, I hope you take a look at this Verizon.
Nearly impossible to do anything useful with the app. When I try to record a series it doesn't work and I get such helpful messages as 'Generic create series error'. I tried tuning to a channel using the app and it caused my set top box to freak out and ultimately needed to be rebooted. It's extremely frustrating because Verizon's standard remote and set top box are so bad they're almost unusable, so I had high hopes that this would make cable worth paying for. It doesn't. Utter garbage.
The app worked great -- I could schedule programs from work. Now with upgrade I can't schedule anything. Wish I knew how to go back and undo update.
I'm giving it 3 out of 5 stars because of the error that keeps happening. About every 1 in 5 times as I am browsing through the TV Listings tab it will have a pop up saying something along the lines of, "an error has occurred", then it closes the app. It can get VERY frustrating because when you open the app back up it starts all the way back at the beginning on channel 2. Then you have to scroll all the way back to where you were. If you were in, say the higher numbers, you have to scroll ALL the way back to where you were.

Lastly, it would be nice if the Remote tab on the app worked with the digital set top boxes. Not sure if that's possible or not, but would be nice.

Verizon, or it's developers please fix the pop up error I keep getting on the TV Listings tab.
This app pretty much never works. If I say it lets me do what I'm trying to do 5% of the time I'm giving it more praise than it deserves.
I can't connect to any of my STB's. Utterly worthless.
Dosent work iphone 5s please fix it. :(
Are you kidding me? Why not take the 7 button off too, oh and the volume down button. No one needs them either. It'd be one thing if it was never there, but to decide to eliminate the power button in an "update"?!? Seriously; are we being punk'd? Candid camera? PUT BACK THE POWER BUTTON DINGUS!
