8 of 25Do not use this app, customer service is horrible and even after deleting and asking them to remove all information you will still get charged. Then they do not want to refund your account even with pictures of the charges they charged you after deleting your account. Do not use this app, it is a mess and you’ll have to change all your bank information just to keep from being charged ever again from them, definitely not worth using this app.
This app is flooded with adds and makes it unusable at times. If you want add free you have to pay a monthly fee which seems high for the minimal service it provides. The adds make this app not as useful as it could be and it makes trying to navigate my child’s team information impossible at times.
TeamSnap has been a very efficient organizing tool for me as the manager of a Crew team.
Your ads are very intrusive. I have the ad-free plan and your app “conveniently” forgets about my subscription constantly. So, I get loads of ads until I tell it to restore my subscription. Feels like you’re committing fraud!
Difficult to use - ads are super annoying, they hide the X to close the ads. And the ads are irrelevant.
the ads are bad dude
I signed up for this as a requirement for a group and wanted to change plans after the 7 day trial. But apparently you have to quit the 7 day trial at 5 or 6 days and now I’m stuck with a year of an app I don’t want.
This is the most glitchy and pathetically functioning app (when it actually works) I’ve ever had to use. Every time I open it, I have to clear 3-5 error messages then hope the home page actually loads, which doesn’t work literally half the time, so I have to quit the app and go through the process all over, only to hope it loads correctly this time. Why would anyone pay for such a piece of junk?! I suffered through a year of it, only to find out my son’s next team is using the same app. Game Changer is waaaaaay better
