Cut Notes

I have been using this app for a few weeks and I find it to be a great tool so far with some minor tweaks it will be much better. It is worth the investment.

The app is awesome. But please add feature to take picture when making notes. That will be very handy when review long form work, like features or tv series.<br/>Thanks!

This app is great and very useful. Definitely the best time code note app out there! My only complaint is that is sometimes crashes and when it does it loses sync with the time code! Hopefully this sometimes fatal flaw will be fixed soon!

For an app to be used professionally, it has to be stable. The functionality of this app is great, but it has crashed on me a half dozen times already, causing me to lose (a bit of) work each time, plus then have to reset the midi connection so that i can sync with FCP. This is unacceptable in the long run. I hope that the developers are able to stabilize this app, because when it works, it's great.

Great app for anyone who sits in an edit bay or mix room. A few things I'd like to see added: id like to be able to bring up the notes without turning the ipad, check boxes on the notes list, and color coding the buttons. I use this app all the time and love how customizable it is! just hoping the next version improves the already awesome app.

I was actually using this on set to take live continuity notes for a reality show. It very often gets slow to the point of being unusable and has to be killed and restarted. Also there is no way to export an entire project at once. You must do it &quot;cut&quot; by &quot;cut.&quot; It would also be nice to have the option to stack short cut keys. Right now, I believe that you can only do that by double tapping one and tapping another within 1.5 seconds. It would be nice to have an option to mot be limited by that time so you could double tap one and then tap several others until you press return. It could be a really useful app. The slow downs and bugginess are the main issues though. Also, if exporting plain text to dropbox it's just one big continuous block of text which is useless. If exported to email or clipboard, it's fine.

Just updated to the new version, can’t export anything. Contacted customer support, workarounds suggested and worked! Thanks Jon @ DR for working on a Saturday night!!
