No Ad Purchase?

by 16skittles · July 30, 2012

This is great. It takes up practically no storage space on my iPad, and gives me free access to my FTP site. I previously used a lite version of another app, but it wouldn't open php files (one of the benefits of the full version) so advanced programming wasn't practical. (I could edit it as a .html file and rename as a .php, but that is far from ideal) The only thing I ask is for an in-app purchase to remove ads. Everything else is great!

No help? Obvious controls missing!

by And.or.not · November 11, 2018

So I installed this because I was looking for a plain text editor. I created a file and started typing. There is no "save" button in the UI that I could tell. I started to traverse down the directory tree but I couldn't find a way traverse back up. So I really don't know if my text file was saved or not and I'm not sure if I can find it and edit it again. There must be a way to do this (I assume) but I could not find anything. How could there be so many good reviews for this app when some obvious controls appear to be missing? Or did I miss the point of this app altogether?

Edhita Question!

by Rae Da Gae · February 28, 2022

Hey! I absolutely love Edhita! It’s an amazing alternative to Caret Editor, which I use for my coding class. I do have a question though.<br/>One assignment I have requires inserting a photo link. I have it saved in my files but I’m not exactly sure how to get a photo into the code. Is it possible someone could give me tips or any instruction? I absolutely love Edhita, thank you for making it! :)

There is an app called Code-Editor that is basically a copy of your source code and i do not believe that the attribute you!

This app is ridiculously AMAZING! It's incredibly simple, easy, and usable.<br/><br/>Truly is perfect.

Crashes a lot, wimpy listings

by ebear422 · October 13, 2012

Not at all useful considering that<br/>1) it crashed three times in five minutes;<br/>2) ftp listing is oversimplified.

Not Open Source

by Nutella Bear · December 13, 2016

Uses in app ads. Not an Open Source product. Seems to work ok but I deleted it shortly after install because of AdChoice advertisements.

This is amazing!

This app has everything I thought was missing from Javascript Anywhere. The ability to use multiple scripts is perfect!<br/><br/>The only thing I can't figure out is why it highlights certain characters whenever I use the symbol-shortcut bar at the top of the keyboard. When I close a tag in HTML, if there's anything below the tag I closed, the open bracket for the next tag will become highlighted. That means if I keep typing, it will over-write the opening bracket. It's not a big deal; I just wish the shortcut bar worked differently.<br/><br/>The fact that this is free makes it worth 5 stars!<br/><br/>Thank you for making this!
