Constantly fails to load items, glitchy. Frequent login errors. There’s a red error banner for failing to load things even when they do load. It is 2025, making an iPhone app for a retail store should not be this difficult.<br/><br/>This is what you get when you pay software developers 50% less than the US and outsource our jobs to India. Wouldn’t be surprised if these reviews are farmed too. Pay for a UX team and proper scrum developers instead of paying for reviews. 🫡🇨🇦
I updated the app today. Somehow, my Triangle rewards card has been unlinked and the app won’t let me link it again. Sounds like another bug appeared after the developer “squashed some bugs”.

The store looks amazing
Haven’t been able to log in even after resetting password. “Unknown errors” and “undefined” messages were encountered. Not very helpful. Customer support wasn’t able to resolve and entered a bug report. Please do better.
