Very nice and simple! I can't wait to use this in my job. This has always been a subject that I struggle with, so I am grateful to have a FREE program that I can use to help!

Hey Josh, have you considered adding suggested dosing? There’s an old warfarin app (warfarin htk) for Android that would just 5mg MWF, 7.5mg TTh. Was really helpful for dosing quickly. Thanks!

Dr. Steinberg does it again

Another fabulous reference app! I also use his apps for ABGs and pneumonia. Very quick, to the point app. All of his apps compliment my critical thinking skills as I work towards my Nurse Practitioner certification. I would love to see a heparin app as well.

Nope.

I guess I should have looked into it a bit more before getting app. All very easily found information. INR range for Mechanical Mitral Valve is incorrect. It changed from 2.5-3.5 to 3.0-3.5 in early 2014, or before. Working off the incorrect range, when looking at adjusting the dosage, it suggests a 5% - 10% dosage increase if my INR is as low as 1.5! That makes no sense.

I have a mechanical mitral valve and this is a nice reference for understanding warfarin doses with an ever changing INR. Thanks for the effort.

Great app! All docs should have
