8 of 25I’m tired of having to use several different apps to purchase entertainment tickets all under the guise of benefits and exclusives that have no real value, and it’s all tied back to Ticketmaster and their near total monopoly on venues/ entertainment industry. On top of that my concert cash is never applied or redeemable despite purchasing tickets through whatever required app and no spot to apply the code. Booo! Do better!
Unnecessary go-between app, any trouble shooting with tickets requires TicketMaster to intervene

Terrible company, leadership, and found guilty of abuse, corruption, theft, and illegalities of business practices.
Over charge for events and happy about it.
